2022 Bond Projects – June 2025 Updates

PAW PAW EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER – GETTING CLOSE TO THE FINISH LINE!

When construction began the completion and opening of the all-new Paw Paw Public Schools Early Childhood (PPEC) Center seemed so far away! Now, it is with deep gratitude and community pride, that we near the finish line and announce a few important upcoming dates:

·        August 19, Ribbon Cutting for the new Paw Paw Early Childhood Center. Stay tuned for details!

·        August 19, Back-to-School Open House at Paw Paw Early Childhood Center is from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

·        August 25, First Day of School

As the Early Childhood Team makes plans to move into the new building for the 2025-2026 school year, we encourage families seeking high-quality early childhood education in a safe, supportive and state-of-the art learning environment to enroll their preschool-aged children in PPEC.

PAW PAW HIGH SCHOOL – MULTIPURPOSE ADDITION

Now that school is out for the summer, crews are not wasting any time digging into 2022 Bond projects at Paw Paw High School! As you drive by the south side of the high school on I-94, you can see the construction equipment and a bustling job site as PPPS gets ready for another construction project. From importing sand, to installing new site utilities, to soil testing, it is evident that strategic planning and preparation have gone into building a solid foundation for the new multipurpose addition.
