Paw Paw Public Schools - 2022 Bond Projects: 2026 Winter Update

Construction activity continues to gain momentum across the Paw Paw Public Schools campus as work advances on both the STEAM  (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) Renovation and the Multipurpose Gym Addition -two important components of the district’s 2022 Bond Program.

Inside the steam renovation area, crews recently completed installation of new lighting in the paint booth room and upgraded an existing fixture to energy-efficient LED. These improvements support safer operations and more reliable building performance.

At Paw Paw High School’s Multipurpose Gym Addition, multiple trades are working in close coordination to move the project forward. Sheet metal crews are wrapping up ductwork in corridors and restrooms, positioning the building for continued mechanical and insulation work in the coming weeks.

Floor preparation is also underway. Crews completed wet grinding in the mechanical room last week and will continue this week in spaces such as the vestibule, concession stand, data room, janitor’s closet, and corridors, setting the stage for upcoming floor finishes.

Looking ahead, roofing work on the multipurpose gym is expected as soon as weather allows.
