Paw Paw High School: Multipurpose Addition

Despite the onset of snow and the challenges of winter weather, construction crews at Paw Paw High School continue to make great progress on the new multipurpose addition. Intricate details, such as this gradient brick pattern visible from Interstate 94, create a waterfall effect, achieved by master masons who strategically scatter lighter-colored bricks to produce a smooth fade, also known as an ombre effect.

Another standout project is the newly branded Paw Paw Red Wolves sign on the north side of I-94. Situated just south of the multipurpose addition, this striking 120 square foot sign rises nearly 22 feet and is fully illuminated, boldly announcing to passing motorists that Paw Paw Public Schools is thriving and growing! 

At the heart of Paw Paw High School’s new multipurpose addition construction project, an exciting major milestone is underway! The installation of the massive steel trusses will form the backbone of the gym’s soaring ceiling, providing strength, stability and the open, column-free space essential for athletics and community events. Watching the trusses being lifted into place is a testament to engineering excellence and thoughtful coordination that brings the vision of our state-of-the-art gymnasium one step closer to reality.
